Allow offline unenroll

When this option is enabled, device can be unenrolled even there are problems on network.

If this option is allowed, use following stept to run offline unenrollment:

1. Open Ermetix Agent
2. On the first info tab, tap 10 times on the Enrolled row
3. When the input pops up, type the code shown on the device's info "Offline unenrollment code" in Ermetix Admin > Management > Devices. Do not insert "-" chars.
