Configure Microsoft Autodiscovery

To configure Microsoft Autodiscovery change the DNS of your domain (ex. contoso.com):

ADD a CNAME record

  • name: “EnterpriseEnrollment.contoso.com”
  • [noWhitelabel]host: “cloud.chimpa.eu”[/noWhitelabel] [whitelabel]host: copy and use the URI specified in Ermetix Admin > Device Enrollment > Windows[/whitelabel]

In case you have configured the Azure Entra ID integration, domains will be synched automatically and you can try a manual sync using the "Domains Sync" option under Chimpa Admin > Global Settings > Microsoft > Azure. Read more on Configure MDM in Azure Entra ID tenant.

In case you have NOT configured Azure Entra ID integration, you can add and verify domain manually under Chimpa Admin > Global Settings > Microsoft > Manual Discovery
