Configuration via Android Configurator

If you need to supervise your Android device without Factory Reset use Android Configurator (Android Marshmallow 6.x or newer).

Login into Chimpa Admin, go in “Device Enrollment” and download Android Configurator tool under “Android” section.

Run executable file for MAC (.app) or .jar app for WIN and LINUX.

NOTE [ONLY MACOS]: Opening Android Configurator app you could see an alert that developer is not identified, secondary click (or ctrl+click) on this app, select “Open” from the drop-down menu and confirm with button “Open”.

You will have to connect your devices through USB cables. You can take advantage of USB hubs to make
more device simultaneously.
